Good modems for FC4

Hi, I am building a new computer and need a PCI or external modem, can anyone recommend a good 56k modem with support in FC4? Less tinkering is preferable, but can be done.

I have tried several external serial modems and they all worked without the least trouble. USB modems may be more tricky. For internal modems do as nlkrio suggests.
