View Full Version : Kdevelop on x86-64 FC5 won't compile QT programs

I just downloaded FC5 Test 2 (64 bit) to see if a problem I am having in FC4 still exists. It does.

If you run Kdevelop and create a new C++ project based on the QT or Simple KDE App template it won't get past the configure stage. Basically Kdevelop thinks the KDE and QT libraries are in a different location (/usr/lib) than where they actually are (/usr/lib64).

The Kdevelop project says this is a problem within the distribution. Can this be fixed?

I've posted this problem in the AMD64 section of this forum as a reply to something that was raised a while ago, but I haven't received any response.
