setserial vs Modem

I am trying to configure my modem to a serial port using setserial.

Windows tells me the following about the modem:

AC97 Soft Data Fax Modem With SmartCP
Location:PCI bus 0, device 30, function 3

Resource Settings:
I/O Range: 2400 - 24FF
I/O Range: 2000 - 207F
IRQ: 20

Any idea what parameters I should pass to setserial (or some other way to do it?). The IRQ value seems strange.

P.S. The computer is a Copmaq Presario V2403NR
