Lexmark & FC4

About 2 months ago I upgraded to FC4 which runs great. At about the same time my 8 year old Canon printer finally gave up the ghost. I made a poor purchase of a Lexmark x1185 'all-in-one' printer 2 weeks before upgrading. My problem is that after alot of research I got the Lexmark to work with FC3, but now I am having one devil of a time in FC4.

Does anyone have any suggestions on getting this printer to work, or can someone suggest a good printer model [doesn't have to be an 'all in one'] that works in FC4 without much fuss.

I use a lexmark 125 with FC5 and had a ***** of a time setting up because I'm fairly new to Linux. But when I did figure it out it was actually pretty simple. I can still use my 4 in 1 function of which 3 except printing I do via the printer itself.

If you haven't got it set up by now let me know and I will assist you as painless as possible. Should only take a few minutes.
