So, I decided to try to upgrade one of my FC4 installs to FC5-t1 so I put the ISOs on the root dir of one of my partitions and burned the boot CD.

When I chose a regular install and selected Hard Drive as the media source it tried to start X on the embedded video, but failed, probably because I have a PCI Nvidia card in the machine. I got a message that "The installed backend is undergoing modifications and is not capable of doing all installs" or something to that effect. I got the same message when I chose a text install, so I'm guessing that either text install, HD install or the combination of the two are not working in this release. Can anyone narrow that down to what isn't supported?

Also, is there some way to give a hint to the installer as to which video I want to use for the process? Should I log a bugzilla about this problem?

I'm willing to yank the Nvidia card to install from HD, but I'd like to know that it'll work before I bother cracking the case.
