Unlikely.. but im hoping for a little help.. or even just a hint ;). for setting up (without buying the $200 driver (which i simply cant afford)) a Xentera GT4 GPU..
Its an AGP card with a pair of ATI Radeon Mobility M9 (R250 Ls (FireGL 9000)) chips each with dual head (4 screens)
Sofar... iv managed to get he first chip's dual head 'half' working. the mouse cursor will move from one screen to the next, but.. it appears all draw commands (other than the cursor (which is probably hardware)) are sent to both screens, so.. its draw errors all round :/ .. every attempt i make at incrimenting something that looks likely (to give the screen 1 an independant identity) in xorg.conf just results in breaking everything.. so.. iv given up trying that ;)
im a bit of a noob, which isnt going to help matters.. but i am determined.. even if i have to start saving pennies to buy that driver (got the card free... so, will be rather upset if i end up spending that much just for some hidden code to use the thing)
Thanks in advance
Mort
