Believe it or not, for some reason my speakers are picking up a radio station. I have the Altec Lansing 2121 model speakers. I've never had this problem before, and wonder if anybody else has ever heard of this. I recently moved, so they are in a new physical location which I am sure is attributing to the problem. Anybody know of a fix for this other than purchasing new speakers?

Get a RF choke (radioshack $5, pack of 2) and put it the line in and on the power. If that doesnt fix it, you have very magical speakers.

Magical speakers or just plain crappy shielding

i had that exact same problem when i lived about 100 yards away from a radio broadcasting tower. i tried the rf collars or chokers with no success because i was just too close to the tower. find out how far you are from the broadcasting source so you can decide if you'll shield the whole cable or just use the rf collar or choker.
