Fedora Core 2; No Screen Found error

I'm new to Linux. I have recently installed fedora core 2. It is running fine
in command line mode but will not load GUI; error message No Screen Found.
I have tried to examine config files and boot log but my inexperience is preventing any
meaningful analysis of file entries. The hardware is sufficient for operation with
plenty of memory, etc. Could someone please advise as to proper adjustments
to config file(s) for fully operable GUI??

You should upgrade to FC4. FC2 is no longer supported, and far less stable. If you have the same problem with FC4, report back.
