SSL certificate help needed

is there a tool in linux which i can create my own SSL certificates
i am new in this SSL matter so please brief me a little :)

yes there is. it's called openssl. if you have it installed, the docs will be in /usr/share/doc/openssl-<version-number>.
online docs are at www.openssl.org.

why not try a free real certificate from www.cacert.org and support free ssl/tls certificates?
