Installed FC4 on an old 200Mhz Compaq Presario 3060 for use as a firewall. Has only two slots available, one PCI and one ISA, hence installed one PCI Linksys card, which the system recognizes well, and one SMC 8416 ISA card, which is going completely unrecognized. It's as if it didn't exist. There are plenty of ways to configure the SMC card (outside of Linux) -- I've tried making it PnP, and making it not PnP, but none of my efforts has made any difference to its invisibility to the system. I do not have the option of installing two PCI cards on this particular machine, or I would do that. Any hints would be appreciated.

Some hardware are consider legacy in fedora and they dont have support such as ISA cards. I also use a SMC card but it is pci.
