aux input sound problem

I am running Fedora 4 with the 2.6.12-1.1447_FC4-i686 kernel, I recently upgraded from a cheap sound blaster compatible card to a sound blaster audioligy 32 bit card. Now when I use my tv tuner I dont get sound from the aux input on the sound card. The annoying thing is that the aux input worked with my new sound card for a while but after I moved the tv tuner to a different pci slot to make room fro another card it no longer works. The tuner that Im using is a leadtek tv2000xp and the tv app is tvtime, the picture still works but the sound is no more. When I boot into XP the tuner works with the sound card without a problem so that rules out hardware problems.I have tried using alsaconf but that dosent help and alsa mixer dosent show anything helpful either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
