I get all forum's messages on email

I really don't know what to do, i know it sounds weird, i really do, but i'm getting all the posts on my email adress, not only the ones i do but ALL of them... i've asked for someone to tell me how to unregister but still don't know how. I just need an answer to this. :confused:

Go to the user's CP, select "edit options" and under

Default Thread Subscription Mode

select "no email notification"
