installing the development branch?

Hey all:

Couldn't find this FAQ answered anywhere...

What is the best way to install the development branch?

Should I install fedora core 1, then update all the packages with a rawhide source? Is there a more elegant way?

Also, is there a way to build install cd's from a locally mirrored development tree? A script that automates this?
