Finding computername from IP

Is there a way to find the computername from the IP. We are using fedora 3 as a dhcp and dynamic IP's. I would like to resolve 128.0.0.10 to MyTest1. Something like nbtstat -a IP in windows
I hope someone can help thanks in advance.

searching google should provide with plenty of how-to's
