How can I get Fedora to set my monitor to idle after a period of time?

In case you are using GNOME, have you tried the "Display Power Management" section under the "Advanced" tab in the screensaver configuration? (Red Hat Menu > "Preferences" > "Screensaver")

Well how bout that....saw that before and thought that was for the system. I should have checked twice. Again, thank you. We'll see if this works.
