Curl not enabled

Im having problems with my payment proccesor because curl is not enabled. But I remember that curl was enabled but for some reason now is not. My questions is how can I enable curl form shell.

OK I got that part down.

Now how can I check if curl is enabled?

It's in the curl package. So yum install curl should get it for you.
