I bought the fedora core 4 sources code cd for 10 dollars. Now I am wondering how I would compile this source cd to make it install. how do I do this? Is it possible? Or did I just waste 10 bucks?

You just wasted 10 bucks - you have to have an installation in order to build the SRPMs.

Oh, there probably is - but you have to have a working distribution with RPM and GCC installed first.

Ok, I have Fedora Core 4 installed on my computer. I have rpm support, but not sure about GCC. How do I build install cd's? Is there a tutorial with people who already did it?
