Plug and Play

When I install Linux should Plug and Play in the Bios be turn on or off?

I'd turn it on. Although I think Linux just ignores the bios as much as possible. But anyway, I'm pretty sure it won't hurt to turn it on.

I would almost always turn it off, on any operating system, anywhere. :-)

It's almost always better to let the BIOS configure devices than to let the Operating System do it.

Also, Linux isn't totally up-to-speed on Plug and Play.
