PCI Network adapter troubles

I made the mistake of putting a Microsoft PCI adapter (MN-130) in my computer when I put it together two years ago, and I can't get FC3 to recognize it. I'm pretty new to linux, so it's possible that I just don't know what I'm doing. Has anyone gotten one of these to work? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also running windows...
