Dell A920 AIO / Lexmark 1150

I have been given a Dell A920 all in one printer scanner. I believe this is a badged Lexmark 1150. Does anyone know if there are drivers for this beast for FC3? I've checked out the one or two threads here which reference A920s but none of them have any info..

Apparently the CUPS z600 driver will support printing to the Dell A920, see: http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Lexmark_Printers
