Hi there..

I'm pretty new at Linux.. So I've installed Red Hat 9, just to start off with... But I'm having a huge problem with getting my wireless internet working...

My NIC is a: Intel Pro/Wireless Lan 2100 3B Mini PCI Adapter

When I go into the Internet Connection configuration thing, and choose Wireless Connection.. The above NIC isn't on the list of NICs.... Furthermore, I've tried to find a driver which would work... but I can't seem to get it to work.. I downloaded two different drivers.... .rpm files... packages I believe.!!... But I can't get them to work.. I don't really know how to install them.... Because the only real problem I have is that Red Hat can't find my Wireless NIC... When it does find it, I can easily configure the wireless connection... But can someone help me? Maybe help me find the right driver and tell me exactly how to make it work??

Cheers
Mondus

Wuuuhuuu.. I found a driver myself... but how do I install it... Here's where I found the driver:

EDIT: Oh by the way.. I should inform you.. I've tried to double click on the .rpm files several times.. and I've tried to right click on them and choose install packages (I think that was what it said).. So I don't know if I have to remove something before installing the above driver

You can also install intel pro drivers (http://www.fedoraforum.org/forum/showthread.php?t=56694) via yum.
