Eclipse slow?

Has anybody else noticed that Eclipse runs particularly slow on FC4?

It's by far the slowest running and loading program on my machine, and that's not something I've experienced with other distros.

Are you using x86_64? There is something wrong with java there. It dumps thousands of zero sized files into /tmp. Do you see that behavior?
