Hello,
I'd like to find out where I can go to get Fedora4 so I can begin testing it.
Is there a process somewhere that I can review?
Thanks,

You simply download it from http://fedora.redhat.com/ and file bug reports when you encounter them.
That being said. You're probably too late to do any sort of useful testing for FC4 since it is to be released in two weeks. The absolute development freeze is tomorrow. Watch the release schedule and this website for the announcement of Core 5 - Test 1 in a approximately two months, then start from there.

Well I am planning to write a testers guide soon. If you are interested in checking out the Fedora test releases, make sure you are subscribed to the Fedora-test list.

If you have specific questions on the process, feel free to ask. It also helps me understand better what I should be documenting
