Hello,
I was trying to test core 4 on an older server I had laying around. It has a cirrus gd 5446 in it. I am using the cirrus driver but, when x loads you can not use it. Everything has been choped and put all over the place. Not sure how to describe it but the screen is unsable. I am sure the issue is the driver. Is there a driver for this video card that is more failsafe? Something generic? Since it is a server video power is not an issue. I currently am running in level 3 and the console works fine. It has to be this driver. Any input on a failsafe driver would be awsome. Thanks
