How to configure 4 speakers

I 've got a Sound Blaster card with 2 speakers output. I plugged a headset on the first output and my speakers on the second and I 'd like to hear the sound on the two outputs. What can I do ?

1. Open mixer
2. Adjust volume

It's really that simple. However, you may have to hunt around for the correct volume slider. On my SBLive the "Wave" slider seems to control the front and the "Wave Surround" controls the rear.
