Samba+winxp problem

hi,
I am having a problem to join the samba PDC domain thru win-xp-sp2 system
when i try to join the domain thru the network identification wizard.
when i give the machine's name as shann and domain's name as mobiappscom, it says like this...
"a domain controller for the domain MOBIAPPSCOM could not be found."
Ensure that you have typed the domain name properly.
if the name is correct, plese click details for troubleshooting"

i have setup the domain using the smbldap-tools to use as samba+ldap as PDC
i am attaching the smb.conf for ref.

please help me out

Is that XP Home or Pro? Can a win2k machine join? Have you setup the SAMBA machine :-

- as the WINS server
- browse master
