Do ya think I need to get more memory?
I have 256 in here now on my notebook

What for? Fedora is built in such a way that at any time it will try to use up all of your memory.
It is how much swapspace you have left which is the indication if you are meeting your memory needs

Yeah, i created a swap patition of only 500MB figured it was enough. This re-re-install is much slower than the previous 2.
What i mean by slower is
A. windows being created or destroyed is very slow.
B. The desktop not getting repainted or updated (have to do a CTRL + R to update the desktop)
There is other little quirks that i can't think of now but hopefully FC4 will be a step in the right direction.
