This is right,

Some (not all users :)) come here and retrieve information which has been generously given by others. And have never themselves come back to help others.

The only way for this forum to survive is to come back and to share information you have learnt.

I downloaded core 3 yesterday having been a windoze user all my computer life (all of three years :p)
and i'm up an running with no problems, even installed the nvidia driver correctly, thanks to guides etc here..
which i kinda attempted with mandrake once but couldnt and gave up immediately :/

but i would av been completely stuck without this place :)

-now to get used to this strange new environment :s
