I am getting this message when trying to play dvds with totem and fc4t2.
Totem could not play 'dvd://'.
No URI handler implemented for "dvd://"
Am I missing something in the setup?
Thanks

Base Fedora / Redhat installations never come with CSS, MP3, DIVX, etc drivers.
To enable dvd playback:
yum install libdvdread libdvdcss xine totem-xine

I tried downloading and installing the packages you recommended.
I'm still getting the same message.

Totem uses the xine-engine. Unfortunally the xine-engine which comes with fedora-core is compiled without dvd-support, cause of some license issues. Either you download the xine-engine from official homepage and compile it by yourself or you can try the Videolan Media Player from http://www.videolan.org which is a very professional player too. Of course it has builtin dvd-support and much more (it supports the very popular MPEG4-codec and its derivates).
