Fixes for "Getting and Installing Software"

First off, only 3 items are listed in the index, when there are actually 4 items under this topic.

Second, I think it should be noted under "4. Q: How do I install Java?", that if you want to do Java software development, you should get the Software Development Kit (SDK) which also includes the JRE, instead of just the runtime environment itself.

This FAQ is a great effort btw, nice job.
