Is was just browsing the directory :

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/

and to my big surprise I found new architectures like:

ia64
ppc64
s390
s390x

almost the same as RHEL4.

There were also new GFS packages, is this gonna be standard with the new Core 4
just like it is with RHEL.

(After some searching I've found this answer)

You can read it here : https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-devel-list/2004-December/msg00891.html

So this must be a YES.

Still remains the other question

Maybe someone could explain (give some comment) this situation.

Other arches have been in development for a while.

PPC is in testing (http://fedora.redhat.com/download/test.html), and should be released for FC4.
