After installing FC4T2, I get a GRUB Error 15 on reboot.

I am running dual boot with XP Pro on one drive and FC4T2 on another drive. XP has been installed first.

Seems as though your kernel image is not there? You'll probably be able to boot to the rescue mode and download the newest kernel source, then recompile your own. The kernel 'make install' should add the headers, source, the kernel image, and a new entry to your boot menu.
