It was started by the Redhat employee in Germany a few months ago. It does not have the traffic that the FedoraForum has and as you may know, FedoraForum has now been designated as the official support forums for the Fedora Project. I am sure you could use it as an additional source of support.

They have many links and integration with mailing lists. We are a web forum. We are independent of each other.
Use any resources you find helpful.

There was a notice about them looking for a new home because they used 5 gig of data transfer which was beyond their hosting agreement. (Given that most questions can be solved by a simple search this was a waste.)
Users should (this is my own opinion not an official view)
- search this forum/mailing lists using google or search funtion
- post a question only if they have tried some steps (too much repetition particularly on the mailing list)

AND searching is always faster then asking and you'll learn more (at least this is how I think of it).
