After installation there was an error "no inittab file found"
Is there a way to let the system create this file in linux rescue?

What filesystem did you choose to install?
If its rieserfs, and you left SELinux enabled, there is your problem.

If you "must" use rieserfs, imho "sucks" :D
When you do the install, there is an option for SELinux=Active, just change it to disabled.

I did disable now and it was the same problem.
So it was only to a test installation i choosed ext3 instead of reiserfs, what worked
