fedoraforum incoding problem (for administrator)

ISO-8859-1 incoding is not support asian language.
so, many asian-linux-user can't use of asian-language file or title... etc. :mad:
would administrator change UTF-8 incoding? :(
I want and hope UTF-8 incoding as "http://fedora.redhat.com".

This is an English forum, so unfortunately not many people will understand you. And I'm not so sure fedora.redhat.com does UTF-8 anyway.

I got it.
also I write english.
but, other language useful UTF-8 incoding as "signature or filename"
so, I hope UTF-8 incoding. ^^;
