Hi Peep,

I and probably some other people out there would like to know what is new in FC4 and what we might want to take a look at. I made the complete switch to Linux for use at home once FC3 became was in the Final revision and so far I have no problems with it. Its stable and I much prefer it to my old OS (M$). Maybe someone can post the new and cool things to look our for in FC4

What ever is new it wouldn’t be enough.
Why I will migrate to Fedora after tens of hors trying to install driver for my modem?
Look on the help file I got:
----------------------------------------------------------
4. Run 'make' command to compile package:

$ make

5. Install. As 'root' user run:
-------------------------------------------------

Run "make" command. How do I do that just in Run type make and the path?

Can’t it be simple like in M$ products just click. Compile ? Simple ?
After years of evaluation Linux is still slower and in many ways not user friendly.

Any way, if someone has an answer how to install Smart Link Soft Modem on Linux just give me a buzz.

Colin Charles gave a speech on this some time ago, he provided some slides with some basic info on what to expect from Core 4, you'll find them here: http://www.bytebot.net/talks/FedoraProject-LWE.pdf

Slide number 4 contains some info about Core 4.
