i am new in using linux and i am tryin' to use the fedora 1 and i dont know how to access the internet and if my modem supported by the linux system

and one more thing do u have any links could help me to use linux ?

Are you tallking about a dial up modem (56k)? If so this may help...

click on the red hat and then click on run application, type in "kppp" from here you can enter your dialing settings. If you need more specific help lemme know. You can create a shortcut to kppp on your desktop too.

Just a tip if you want the most feedback on a problem make sure you put a subject matter relating to the problem so that people with knowledge of this problem or solution can help you. With a subject like please help it doesnt help much

back to the subject i have another prob. with the connection and its one big problem.... my modem is motrolla and i dont know where to get the driver for it, and how to install it.
