Hello

I just downloaded five ISO's of Fedora 4 test 1 for AMD64.

I dont have right now 5 cd-r and I wouldnt want to use them for this, so I want to install it from the HD.

Currently I'm using WinXP SP2,
I've only 1 hard drive of 120 GB.

The main partition (115 GB) is NTFS and I created another one to put ISO images (5GB) and that is FAT32.

I booted the computer to DOS with a boot cd, then I followed these steps:
http://linux_fan.spymac.net/en/linux/Install_Fedora_Core_2_from_Hard_Disk.html
(I know they are for fedora 2 but I think maybe it could work)

I ran linux and the fedora installer began, I choose language and stuff, then It ask me for the installation files, and I choose "Install from HD", then I select the partition where I have the images (FAT32) and it says. "There are no FEDORA install images in this partition" (I've tried all partitions available and nothing)

Any help really appreciated?

Thank you

It looks like installing from HD ISO files was broken in test1. It will be working again in test2 due to the patch mentioned in this report.
