What's with this
GNOME integration does not work properly with Fedora Core 3. Users of Fedora Core 3 will need to download and install linc-1.0.3-3.1.i386.rpm. After installing the RPM, perform the following command in the directory you installed Firefox into (you will need write permission):

touch .autoreg

The next time you start Firefox, GNOME integration should be functional.
What is linc ? And did anyone experience any problems with GNOME integration ?
I didn't

Works fine for me in Fluxbox-I used the download from the Firefox page and untarred with Konqueror and then entered the Firefox-installer directory and clicked on firefox-install script. Automated install after that. All my bookmarks, extensions, and themes from 1.0.1 were copied over.

Oh, I like to save my previous firefox directories...just in case. All the firefox-installer directories have the same name, so you should first rename your old firefox-installer directory. I have firefox-installer-1.0 and firefox-installer-1.0.1 now. :D
