FC3 freezes after the GL screensaver runs for a while

My FC3 will freeze after the GL screen saver runs for a long while (randomly), any solutions to that?
I've got an AMD xp 3200+, ati radeon 9200se, and I've just upgraded my graphics driver to the latest one.

hi,
I was working with someone with the similar problem and same 9200 card. His problem was with the 3D screen saver. Changed to a different screen saver, 2D in his case, solved the problem. Might try different screen saver.
