View Full Version : Using a DVB-T digital tv card

G'Day there, Im very curius to know if its possible to use a digital tv card on linux? the reason is ,is I have never read about anyone using one yet in any of the many linux forums out there or at least have not found a post on this issue of someone using one,or a howto post etc, as I have been using linux 4 a few months but none of the software I can find will cause my UltraView DVB-T tv card to work , they all seem to be for anolouge ,AnyWay if it is possible that a kernel supports one then could someone give me any advice? :D

You might want to look at www.linuxtv.org or read the hints in the kernel source tree. At least in the kernel tree you will find some hints what DVB-T devices are working.
