problem in kde after updates

i'm new user in linux world
i use Fedora Core 3
i have done all updates. Everything works well in Gnome but after switching to KDE i get problem with cdrom any i.d to fix this problem

my problem not with icon
i have the i con but when i try to explor the cdrom i get this erorr

mount: block device /dev/hda is write-protected, mounting read-only
mount: /dev/hda already mounted or /media/cdrecorder busy
Please check that the disk is entered correctly.

Hi!

Maybe I'm wrong but... try to close the window where you mount and used cdrom or leave that directory...
then use #umount /dev/hda
and then it should work to mount anothe disk...

I had similar problems but when I meet this I try to leave the folder where I mounted the cdrom and then it works... It may be un idea (maybe stupid) but it works .. :)
