hauppauge wintv usbvision and tvtime

I've installed the WinTV USB receiver, which works under xp, but I would prefer to have working under FC3. I have installed the usbvision module and I have also installed the tvtime package. My only remaining problem is getting these two things to talk to each other. I believe that my problem is something to do with the udev configuration since /dev/video0 cannot be found.

Has anybody else set this up, or is there a How To that I haven't found. Any advice greatly appreciated.

You might want to have a look at www.linuxtv.org for some hints and descriptions. I also found a lot of hints in the related driver directories in the linux source tree.
