Modding Fedora??

Hi all

Just a message on here seeing how many people have modded their FC (Any version)

Obviously we all know how to change the desktop background but has anyone modded the look such as the theme of Gnome or does anyone know of packages that would allow for the modding of the desktop managers like Gnome?
