I am just starting to use FC3, could somebody please recommend a good refernce book. I heard Enerprise refernece is good, but I could not find it. Thanks.

If you want to learn linux in general I suggest the "Linux Cook BooK" is very good. Also there is the fedora bible.

I would recommend checking out the "For Dummies" series if you are new. I found "Red Hat Fedora for Dummies" to be quite nice, as it had concepts that were explained well for a newbie, but were still useful once you became a more advanced user.
