I'm just installed FC3 on my system here and I need some help configuring my card. It's a PowerColor Radeon 9550 256MB RAM and Fedora seemed to think it was a 9600 (so I let it in sake of simplicity and since mine wasn't listed). Well, it's not and I'm having a little trouble with it's graphics processing. I ran Tux Racer just to see how my card was working and it was very slow and pretty choppy. Anyone know how I can make it all pretty again?

Also, my monitor wasn't listed either so I just chose the generic LCD monitor drivers to run it. It's a Samsung SyncMaster 710v LCD-TFT and FC3 didn't have it. I think it'll be alright though, I got to choose my max res of 1280x1024 and it seems to be running fine. I'm much more concerned about my graphics acceleration.

I'm pretty new to linux (only very little experience with SuSE 9.1 Pro) and need simple, clear steps if possible.

Thanks.
