Dual Monitor Woes

Ok, I have 2 video cards, a Geforce 4 Ti4200, and a Geforce 2 MX. I have the second monitor (Geforce 2) configured to be part of a spanning monitor system. Set up the Dual Monitor setup in FC3, restarted my XServer and got.....nothing. The second monitor does not work at all. I am unsure of what to do. If need be, I will post my xorg.conf file.

Did you try configuring using the 'system-config-display' tool? It has support for dual views. Post your xorg.conf after using the tool, should you get the same result.

Also, try to reduce the resolution on the 2nd monitor -- just to cancel out the monitor not being able to handle the resolution defined in the conf file.

I configured in the system-config-display already, it was the first option I had done. And, I have no need to reduce the resolution defined, because I set it to 1280x1024, the normal I always have said video card on.

you'll probably need to post your xorg.conf - this setup is not difficult really. you'll probably at the least need to specify the BusID of the cards. use /sbin/lspci to find them.
