Hello All,

I am new to Linux and I´m using Fedora Core 3 at the moment. I would like to set up bittorrent but I´m having problems. I have downloaded the rpm and I ran install packages, but I keep getting the error ¨unable to find /usr/local/bin/python¨. Python isnt in that directory it is in /usr/bin/python. Can I redirect it to this directory?

Thanks!

Ben.

Use yum or apt to install - as you can see, installing RPMs from "third party" sources may make assumptions that aren't quite valid.

If you have a decent PC, I would like to suggest Azureus, which can be found on http://azureus.sf.net

The FAQ will explain the install software thing (http://www.fedorafaq.org/#installsoftware).

While you're there check out the Java part if you want Azureus.
