2.6kernel FC2 SMP BOOT problem

Since it is troubled, please help someone.

Problem
If it BOOT by SMP Kernel, it will stop in the place of the following messages.
BOOTED Kernel Version is 2.6-5-1.358smp.
No problem with non SMP kernel...

ACPI:S3 and PAE do not like each other for now, S3 disabled.

I have just soleved it by myself.
SMP kernel can boot.
I added GRBU kernel parameters as belows,

acpi=off apm=off
