Hi,
I've always wondered why it is, that despite what OS I use, or what tools I use, whenever I resize or manipulate an mpeg movie, it always ends up with the audio out of synch.
Given that all programs seem to do this there must be a reason why this is so....
However, to me, it seems a simple problem. Remove the audio, resize, reflip the frame rate, and then put the audio back on. Why do so many apps get this wrong ?
